"Jim Dine - My Tools" provides an insight into his complex photographic reflections on the theme. The large-format black-and-white shots, colour photographs and helio engravings. From 2001 to 2013, demonstrate his masterly examination of the objects' design vocabulary just as much as his refined feel for space. Tools are a considerable source of inspiration for the artist; he is fascinated by their material diversity and for the most part records their occurrence in the artistic working process.
